From the first meeting to signing the proposal—and beyond
As our new Client Director, you must share our wholehearted passion for branding and our enthusiasm for helping our clients boost sales and increase market share through solid brand positioning. And you know how to present and communicate this in a way that cracks even the toughest nut among those with a capital ‘C’ in their title.

A significant part of your work involves building and maintaining relationships through networking groups, conferences, and all that jazz. You will identify new potential clients and care for long-standing collaborations within your own dedicated client portfolio.

We surely don’t have to tell you that making our clients succeed makes Pravda succeed. Therefore, we expect you to ensure win-win success through:

  • Participation in pitches, client meetings, workshops, and evaluations
  • Analysis of existing and potential clients’ businesses
  • Strategic sparring and advice on clients’ branding potential
  • Project scoping based on Pravda’s well-proven branding processes

You will be working closely with CEO Mette Hejl and Consultant Malene Korsholm, and we especially look forward to welcoming your professionalism and experience within:

  • Managing and realizing your own sales budget

Does the shoe fit?
We’re looking for a full-time colleague based within driving distance of Aarhus. Apart from that, we’re pretty flexible in work-from-home-related matters and the like.

We work with some of the most ambitious B2B brands. That’s why we would like you to have a minimum of 5-10 years of agency experience or experience as a sales executive—and if you have documented results, don’t be afraid to brag.

As many of our clients are international and don’t speak ‘rød grød med fløde,’ you must master business English.

In the end, however, your background isn’t the be-all and end-all. We are primarily interested in your initiative, impact, and ability to create relationships. So, if you can fit these shoes, we would love to hear from you as soon as possible. We’ll invite people in for interviews as soon as interesting candidates appear.
