You’re connection-driven and work systematically to create long-term relationships. Doesn’t matter whether it’s ‘new bizz’ or ‘more bizz’. You’re a first-team player, who is naturally in it to win it – and with irresistible drive, you don’t get knocked down setbacks. Not even the second time. Or the third time either.

You understand business, enabling you to analyze the challenges of B2B companies and translate them into ambitious potential and aspiring opportunities. And of course, you know how to present and communicate in a way that cracks even the toughest nut among those with a capital ‘C’ in their title.

In this job, you must dare to challenge – also when it feels like sticking your hand into a hornet’s nest. But you do it with confidence because you’re genuinely friendly, likeable, and trustworthy in your role as an advisor.


Sales strategist with flair for brand building

As our new Client Director, you’ll wear both advisory and commercial hats – and you’ll play a significant role in providing new perspectives to our internal sales process. Your primary task is generating sales and strategic sparring based on Pravda’s complete product portfolio. It requires you to be best buddies with the brand-building toolbox – and if not, you must be able to learn quickly.

You’ll need to be ready to dress for the right occasion. A significant part of your work involves building and maintaining relationships through networking groups, conferences, and all that jazz. You will identify new potential clients and drive them from the first meeting to the signing of the sales proposal – and hopefully a long-standing collaboration within your own dedicated client portfolio.

We work with some of the most ambitious B2B brands. That’s why we would like you to have a minimum of 5-10 years of agency experience or experience as a sales executive – and if you have documented results, don’t be afraid to brag. In the end, however, your background isn’t the be-all and end-all. We are primarily interested in your initiative, impact, and ability to create relationships.

Does the shoe fit?

We’re looking for a full-time colleague based within driving distance from Aarhus — apart from that, we’re pretty flexible in terms of work-from-home-related matters and the like.

As many of our clients are international and don’t speak ‘rød grød med fløde’, you need to master business English.
