The challenge
Uni-Tankers is a global shipping company specialized in hazardous liquid cargoes — with offices in Denmark, Turkey, France, and the USA.

Being part of United Shipping and Trading Company, a strong financial backbone, fuels an ambitious growth journey.

This called for a strong employer brand to attract the best talents in shipping — while at the same time fostering a culture of people who truly embrace change, have a keen can-do attitude, and love the idea of navigating toward new horizons.

The solution
With a link to Uni-Tankers’ maritime field of business, we created the people promise ‘Destination Possible.’ Based on Uni-Tankers’ distinct ‘chemical expression,’ we unfolded their employer brand through two main EVP themes: ‘People with chemistry’ and ‘Oceans of opportunities.’

In collaboration with our digital partner, Webnorth, we activated the employer brand, creating a fully realized digital employer branding universe called “Destination Possible.” This career site has over 40 employer branding films, interactive gamification, lively animations, personal portraits, vivid images, and sophisticated digital design.

Engaging content from the career universe – Destination Possible – serves as ongoing social media posts to boost awareness and drive traffic to the career site.
