When EQT-owned GlobalConnect acquired Norwegian telecom competitor, Broadnet, the company needed a strong, new brand to solidify its bold ambition to become a premier provider of B2B telecoms and data-center services. The new identity should reflect the company’s size, presence, expertise, and, perhaps most importantly, how easy it is to do business with.
The Solution
As a company that fuels and supports digital businesses in their transformation processes, GlobalConnect needed a revitalized digital-brand profile. Fiber lines, normally used to visualize a fiber network, were tweaked and used as the backbone of the identity along with distinct colors that work well digitally and connects the brand elements. The new and dynamic brand promise “Your Gateway to Better Business” sums up the brand’s position and ambitions.
