In 2020, COVID-19 prevented Danfoss Cooling from meeting physically with customers and stakeholders. The answer to this challenge was Cooling United Live 2020.

The challenge

COVID-19 effectively put an end to the all-important trade fairs and exhibitions in the cooling industry. Without the possibility to meet customers face-to-face to exchange expertise, product news, and building networks, Danfoss took charge and kept the wheels of the industry turning at full speed. Cue Cooling United Live 2020, a first-of-its-kind virtual event for both Danfoss and the entire cooling industry.


The solution

Danfoss tasked Pravda with executing every element for Cooling United Live 2020 — from the initial concept and campaign development to preparing the entire team for the live technical execution. The event was planned for several months and took place over two action-packed days.

The result? More than 6,500 customers and stakeholders registered with Cooling United Live 2020 — an event that culminated with five virtual stages featuring 76 individual sessions led by keynote speakers, experts, and industry leaders.
