As our ambitions grow, so does the need for someone who can operate confidently between sales and project execution. Someone who knows what it takes to pitch a major branding project for an international B2B company and take it all the way to the finish line.
Working closely with a team of sharp creative strategists, you’re the one who keeps everything moving, navigating the process from potential lead to the final presentation.
The role
As a Commercial Project Lead at Pravda, your role is split between two equally important areas: new business and project management. Roughly half of your time will be spent driving and structuring new business efforts, working closely with our CEO and senior team to ensure every opportunity moves forward with clarity, momentum, and attention to detail. The other half, you’ll lead your own projects, making sure what we sell is delivered with the same level of precision and ambition.
On the commercial side, you will:
- Drive and coordinate new business processes from lead to pitch
- Structure presentations, proposals, and core materials
- Brief and align internal teams for pitch work
- Support client dialogue throughout the sales process
- Maintain momentum, clarity, and follow-up across opportunities
On the project side, you will:
- Lead selected client projects from start to finish
- Manage scope, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams and ensure high-quality delivery
- Act as the link between what we promise and what we deliver
In short, you’ll be a part of the full journey from first contact to final presentation, making sure we always deliver on our promises.
Does this sound like you?
You likely come from a project management role with a strong commercial understanding. Or from a commercial role where you’ve learned that great deals only matter if they can be delivered. Either way, you’re motivated by being close to where decisions are made and where they are executed.
You could be a project manager ready to step further into the commercial side or working in sales and wanting to get closer to delivery.
You should, however:
- Know what it takes to win a deal—and run it successfully afterward
- Be structured and comfortable managing both processes and people
- Have experience with sales and/or project management—ideally from an agency
- Communicate clearly and confidently in both Danish and English
- Be ambitious, driven, and detail-oriented

Practicalities
The position is full-time and based at our office in Aarhus.
